August 20, 2008: It's that time of the year again--Sifu Cass will be here September 13-14. Here's the flyer/registration form.
June 20, 2008: Due to unforseen circumstances, the seminar next week is cancelled. We apologize if this has caused anyone any inconvenience. We'll train twice as hard when Sifu Cass comes back in September!
May 22, 2008: We will have the honor of hosting Sifu Cass' local summer seminar, normally held at the Shott Academy of Self Defense in Canton, on June 28-29. The flyer is available here. It should be a great event as always; hope to see you there!

March 10, 2008: Policy regarding severe weather: Unless otherwise indicated, the school will remain open in the event of severe weather. So come on in, that is, unless you feel it is unsafe to drive or if cities have restricted roads to emergency vehicles only.
February 25, 2008: New Cardio Kickboxing class on Mondays from 6:00pm - 6:45pm. Starts March 3, 2008.
January 17, 2008: Please note the following change to the Women's Self Defense Seminar coming up on the 27th: the 4th session (3:30pm - 5:00pm) has been cancelled.
January 4, 2008: Due to the holiday schedule last week, our monthly mini-seminar has been rescheduled to this coming Sunday, January 6. This month we will be covering silat concepts and sarong techniques.

2007 was a pretty good year for the school. We had a very successful seminar with Sifu Cass Magda, and we expanded both the adult classes and kicboxing classes to include more class times. For those of you who joined us last year, we look forward to seeing more of you in 2008. To those students who haven't been able to make it in for varying reasons, we hope to see you again this year.

2007 end-of-year holiday schedule: The school will be closed December 24-25, and December 31-January 1 for the holidays.
We will be conducting a women's self-defense seminar on January 27, 2008. There will be four 2-hour sessions throughout the day and all proceeds will go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. A flyer is available here. Hope to see you there!
Our mini seminars are officially resuming November 25, 2007 with a 3-hour session all on kali. Hope to see you there! **Note: Due to the holiday weekend, this seminar will be pushed back to December 2.**
