Programs The curriculum at Hoy's Martial Arts Academy is based on the program developed and taught by Guro Cass Magda of the Magda Institute of Martial Arts in Reseda, California. The program is a blend of four distinct yet highly complementary martial arts: Kali, Pentjak Silat, Jeet Kune Do, and Muay Thai.
The emphasis of the program at Hoy's Martial Arts Academy is in physical condition and proper technique/body mechanics. Rank is of little importance as each individual progress is monitored and continuously assessed. Each student is encouraged to develop his or her abilities to their maximum.
